You have 3 + years experience from working as a sous chef or chef
You enjoy working with a multi-cultural and small team
RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATES
The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to properly execute the culinary vision of the restaurant by overseeing all aspects of the kitchen activities. This includes high level organizing, planning, cost controls, monitor food stock and leading the chef team while actively teaching and coaching current and future staff.
Additionally, the Sous Chef will also be responsible for coordinating production/preparation for meetings/events.
