We are looking for Chefs to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our guests.

CHEFS

RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATES

  • Cook and performance dishes in a timely matter

  • Performing preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.

  • Weigh and measure ingredients, wrapping, date-labeling and storing food items.

  • Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.

  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and request.

  • Ensure appealing plate presentation

  • Ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times.

  • You have minimum 1+ year experience in a restaurant

  • You are organized, detail oriented and reliable

  • You have interest in the French and/or Scandinavian kitchen
